The ritual
Every drink, the way a bartender builds it.
- 01
Glass
Coupe, rocks, highball or flute — the vessel shapes the drink.
- 02
Ice
Cubes, one big rock or crushed. It chills, dilutes and displaces.
- 03
Pour
Hold to pour, ease off to stop. Syrups run slow, spirits run fast.
- 04
Shake or stir
Shake citrus and egg white hard; stir spirit-forward drinks silky.
- 05
Strain
Leave the spent ice behind and pour the drink into the glass.
- 06
Garnish
An expressed peel, a cherry, a mint crown — the last word.

Physically honest
It behaves like the real thing.
True volumes
Every glass is built from real dimensions, so 60 ml sits exactly where it would in your hand.
Colour that mixes like light
Clear gin dilutes Campari to pink; a splash of cream clouds it. Colours blend by absorbance, not paint.
Ice that matters
Cubes raise the level, shaking adds about a quarter in melt water, and grenadine sinks because it's denser.
