St Clement's
Oranges and lemons, bright and bittersweet, poured tall over ice
Orange juice topped with bitter lemon over ice. Juicy orange meets the sharp, quinine-tinged bite of bitter lemon in a drink that is fruity but far from childish. A simple, grown-up soft drink for pub lunches and summer gatherings.

Bartender's notes
- Freshly squeezed orange juice and a good quinine-based bitter lemon make all the difference.
- Lemonade in place of bitter lemon gives a sweeter, softer version for children.
