Ingredients
- 45 mlFresh orange juice1½ oz
- 45 mlPineapple juice1½ oz
- 15 mlFresh lemon juice½ oz
- 5 mlGrenadine¼ oz
- 45 mlSoda waterto top1½ oz
- GarnishOrange half-wheel + Cocktail cherry
≈ 194 ml served
Substitutes: Fresh lime juice can stand in for Fresh lemon juice.
Method

Add the orange, pineapple and lemon juices and the grenadine to a shaker.

Fill with ice and shake for about 10 seconds, until frothy.

Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

Top with soda water and garnish with an orange half-wheel and a cocktail cherry.
Bartender's notes
- Don't skip the shake – it whips the pineapple juice into the light foam that gives the drink its texture.
- Ginger ale in place of soda water adds a gentle spice.
